A lifelong Sevier County resident and schoolteacher who loved the mountains, her garden, and her grandchildren. Dorothy Mae taught third grade at Sevierville Elementary for 34 years and was known for never forgetting a student's name.

1942 — 2026 · 84 years
A veteran of the United States Army who returned to the mountains he loved and spent 40 years in the Pigeon Forge trades. James was a man of few words and strong hands, and he was never far from the ridgeline he called home.

1951 — 2026 · 75 years
Ruth Ann raised five children in Seymour and spent 30 years as a nurse at Leconte Medical Center. Her family says she had a laugh that could be heard from two rooms away and a faith that never wavered through a day of difficulty.
